Sandra Loucks Campbell PhD, our president, developed commonpoint.ca after studying organizations over 20 years – from inside and out. As a developing professional, she worked in social service, health, long term care, post secondary educational settings. Later, as trainer, researcher and program evaluator she has evaluated administrative and operational structures, helped through organizational and interpersonal concerns and trained professionals, caregivers and other staff.
